I think this app if really good for people who are actually going to France and need help getting by with common phrases that are used. However, this app is probably not ideal because it doesnt have many words to learn for beginners. Another pro for this app is that it has the word you are trying to say in your language, the word written in French, and a person saying the word/phrase with video. If you are a visual learner, audio learner, or a motion learner this app covers just about everything in terms of learning basic things. I hope this helps everyone with any questions or concerns.

The French phrasebook is just awesome – nothing like this exists on the app store. Although its a big app, the videos make it very easy to understand the language and helps with the pronunciations. Totally worth it!

Worthless. No sound. Only English to French.

This ap is super lame and pointless. It has just a bunch of categorized words and phrases for you to use but no real depth at all. If you want to know how to say something (for me it was "chair") you cant just do a search for chair...well you can but its not in their list so you are out of luck. A simple translation from English to French and vice versa would be way more practical.
